I can only say that I was blown away, the whole day far exceeded my expectations. Inta is a skilled coach and willingly shared her expertise in a very generous way. It was a rich day where I connected with fellow coaches sharing learning in a wonderful relaxing environment. This was facilitated by Inta who allowed for co creation and shared learning. A wonderful experience!
Inta radiates a special kind of warmth and openness that it’s hard to put into words… As a mentor coach, she has continuously challenged me to reflect on who I want to be [as a coach] and gently ‘pushed’ me to take the leap and explore what’s really possible in my coaching practice. When I thought I was thinking big, Inta asked me to think bigger! With Inta’s encouragement, I have embraced the unknown and capitalised on some great opportunities that might have otherwise passed me by.
