I have over 15-years experience working as an Organisational Development Consultant with a focus on building curious, connected and collaborative workplaces, leadership development and change management.

My experience of partnering with a coach early on in my career was a game changer for me and inspired me to pursue training to become an accredited coach to likewise support others with playing to their strengths and progressing their personal and professional goals. I believe each of us have our own unique combination of skills and experiences and enjoy the opportunity to partner with leaders to: clarify their purpose and ideal direction, strengthen confidence in their capability and develop resilience to embrace challenges and bounce back from set-backs.
