An ICF credentialed coach assures you of an international professional standard it reached and sustained through re-credentialing every three years. An ICF credential is over certification over and above their coach specific training attained. ICF has a rigorous process of demonstrated hours of coach specific training and coaching hours that needs to be provided depending on the credential level.

Inta Sellick
Founding Director / Principal Coach / PCC

Inta has over fifteen years experience in professional leadership coaching and facilitation over the Asia Pacific region coaching leaders and Executives at all levels in corporate, not for profit and government fields.

Inta is a certified Executive Coach and over and above coach training certificates Inta holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coach Federation as part of her firm commitment to provide an international standard clients can be assured of. She has a strong commitment to the growth and development of leaders, leaders as coaches and the on -going development of experienced and emerging coaches.

Currently Inta has a lead role in developing and furthering the professionalism of coaching through her role as the Australian Director on the International Coach Federation Australasia (ICFA) Board and prior to that was the ICFA South Australian President for two years as well as involved in the ICFA Professional Standards Committee. She has also represented a leadership role in the ICF Global Leaders Forum.

At the heart of her purpose is her wholehearted commitment and passion to contribute local and globally by working with people leading in their lives beyond themselves and has spent many years as volunteer head coach with World Youth International and with SHE in Cambodia by supporting coach development.
