I am an Executive Coach dedicated to assisting organisations and individuals in achieving positive change. I have completed post graduate coach training with the US-based College of Executive Coaching and hold the Associate Certified Coach credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
My strong commitment to the dynamic field of coaching is particularly borne out of 15 plus years’ experience in organisational change management. During this time, I worked in a diverse range of organisations in Australia and the UK (including Ernst & Young, Fosters Group and the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance) to successfully implement major workplace change. Throughout my career I have continuously witnessed and experienced the power of coaching to positively transform organisational cultures, leadership effectiveness and people’s work lives.
My coaching methods draw significantly from this work experience and my post graduate studies in Business Management and Coaching, providing focused learning and development in Human Resources, Change Management and Positive Psychology models and methodologies.
