I am an executive coach, leadership trainer, consultant, team facilitator, supervisor, counsellor and coach- therapist with over 30 years’ experience working  across a wide range of sectors in the commercial, public and the not for profit sector. I am passionate about supporting people to be their very best and to maximise their potential, enhance their leadership skills, inspire a high performing culture, form excellent working relationships and to find solutions for real business challenges. I specialise in times of transitions supporting individuals through emotionally challenging times in their working life such as promotions, changing career, redundancy and pre and post retirement.

I am an experienced media spokesperson and author on relationships generally and for the 50-plus specifically on all aspects of their professional and personal lives and have spoken at national and international conferences on creating an age inclusive culture for HR professionals, relationships and age-related issues.
